1. Where are your products manufactured?
All our grooming essentials and perfumes are sourced and manufactured in professional-grade facilities in China. We prioritize safety by using advanced machinery, ensuring all items meet rigorous international quality standards and are free from the risks associated with home-based production.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
2. When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed promptly and handed over to our courier partner the following Monday.
3. What are the estimated delivery timelines?
• Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
• Luzon: 3–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
4. What is your return policy?
We stand by our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damaged packaging that impacts product safety, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.
Note: To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on used hairstyling products or spray bottles.
